Who we are

Agent Lab is operated by DataSolve LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A#4553, Albuquerque, NM 87113. Agent Lab is offered to residents of the United States. For anything about your data, email start@joinagentlab.com.

What we collect, and why

When you sign up

Your name and email address, submitted through the form on our site. We use these to contact you about your place on the programme and to run the course.

When you pay

Payments are handled by Stripe, with DataSolve LLC as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the email associated with it.

While you are on the programme

Your code repository. We look at your project repository and its commit history to review your work, track progress, and assess claims under the completion guarantee.
Attendance. Whether you joined each live session.
Group chat. Messages you post in the cohort chat, which runs on WhatsApp and is subject to their privacy policy as well as ours.
Session recordings. Sessions are recorded and shared with your cohort. You may appear in them if your camera or microphone is on.

Marketing email

We send email about Agent Lab to business and professional contacts in the United States. We hold names, email addresses and professional details, and we record whether our emails were opened or replied to.

You can stop this at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to start@joinagentlab.com. We will remove you promptly and keep a note of your address for the sole purpose of making sure we do not contact you again.

Our website

Our site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Who we share it with

We use the following providers, and share only what each needs to do its job:

Netlify — website hosting and form submissions
Stripe — payment processing
Google Workspace — our email
Instantly — sending and tracking marketing email
WhatsApp — cohort group chat
Google Meet — live sessions and recordings
GitHub — where student projects live

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with our programme partners beyond what they need in order to teach you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become enrolments: 12 months
Student records: the duration of the programme, then 24 months
Financial records: as long as tax law requires, usually 6–7 years
Session recordings: 12 months after the cohort ends
Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete

Your choices

Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to:

Tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy
Correct anything that is wrong
Delete it, where we are not required to keep it
Stop sending you marketing — always, no conditions

Email start@joinagentlab.com and we will respond within 45 days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights by statute, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Children

Agent Lab is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell enrolled students by email.
