Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 August 2026

These terms apply when you enrol in Agent Lab. We have tried to write them in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us before you pay and we will explain it.

1. Who you are contracting with

Agent Lab is operated by DataSolve LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A#4553, Albuquerque, NM 87113 ("we", "us").

DataSolve LLC is also the merchant of record for your payment. That means the charge on your card statement will show DataSolve rather than Agent Lab — same company, different name.

2. What we provide

An eight-week, cohort-based online programme consisting of:

Sessions are delivered online and are recorded. Cohort size is limited. We may change the session schedule, the platform used, or the order of the syllabus where reasonably necessary, and will tell you in the group chat when we do.

3. Payment

The programme costs $398. You pay it in two parts of $199. The first part is taken when you enrol and holds your seat. The second is taken one month after the cohort start date. There is no third payment and the programme does not renew automatically.

You are responsible for the cost of third-party tools used on the programme. At the time of writing that means an AI coding tool at roughly $20/month, paid to that company directly. The hosting and other services we use during the programme are free, and a free web address is enough to put your product online. A domain name of your own is optional. If you later choose to publish to an app store, those fees are yours.

4. Refunds and cancellation

Set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: a full refund before the cohort starts, a completion guarantee if you do all the work and still do not finish a product, and the ability to cancel before your second payment.

5. Assignments and acceptance

Each week's assignment is published with acceptance criteria — a concrete description of what the work needs to do. We review what you submit and tell you within 7 days whether it is accepted, and if not, what to change. Resubmitting after feedback is a normal part of the programme.

The assignments build your product week by week, so completing all of them to the stated criteria means you finish with a deployed product. Our completion guarantee is built on this, and the assignment record is what we check against a claim.

6. What we expect from you

We may remove any student who is abusive, harassing, or repeatedly disruptive towards others, without a refund.

7. Who owns what

Your work is yours

You own everything you build on the programme — the code, the design, the idea, the product. We claim no rights over it and no share of anything you earn from it.

We would like to show what students build. We will ask your permission first, and you can say no.

Our materials are ours

The curriculum, assignments, written materials and session recordings belong to us and are licensed to you for your own learning only. Please do not republish, resell or share them outside your cohort. Please do not record the sessions yourself.

8. Recordings and your cohort

Sessions are recorded and shared with your cohort so anyone who misses one can catch up. If you have your camera or microphone on, you may appear in those recordings. You can keep your camera off at any time.

9. What we do not promise

This is not a job guarantee. We do not promise employment, a particular salary, clients, revenue, or any specific commercial outcome from what you build. What we promise is the programme described above, and the completion guarantee in our Refund Policy.

10. Third-party tools

The programme uses tools made by other companies — an AI code editor, a code hosting service, a video platform, a group chat. Those are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them, their pricing, or their availability.

11. Liability

We provide the programme with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

12. Ending the agreement

You can leave at any time — see the Refund Policy for what that means for payments. We may end your enrolment if you breach these terms in a serious way, in which case section 6 applies.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If you are already enrolled, the version that applied when you enrolled continues to govern your cohort.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Mexico, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of the State of New Mexico. This does not remove any consumer protection you have under the law of the state you live in.
