We want this to be simple and fair, in both directions. There are three ways you can get your money back, described below in plain language.
If you decide the programme isn't for you before the cohort begins, email us and we will refund your first payment in full. No reason needed, no questions asked.
Attend every session, complete every assignment to the week's acceptance criteria, and still not have a working product at the end — and we refund everything you paid.
Every week's assignment comes with acceptance criteria published alongside it. Each one is a concrete step towards building and deploying your product. You submit your work, we review it, and we tell you within 7 days whether it is accepted — and if it isn't, exactly what to change.
This matters for two reasons. You always know where you stand, week by week. And nothing gets judged at the end that wasn't already judged at the time.
Because the assignments build your product piece by piece, a student whose work is accepted every week arrives at week 8 with a deployed, working product. That is the design. The guarantee exists in case we fail you, not as a way out.
Attend every session. You joined each live session, or watched the recording within 7 days and posted your progress in the group chat. Missing a session is fine. Missing it and not catching up is not.
Complete every assignment. Each week's assignment was submitted by the following session and accepted against that week's published criteria. Work does not need to be elegant or bug-free. It does need to meet the criteria. If it doesn't, we tell you what to fix and you resubmit — that is a normal part of the programme, not a mark against you.
A working product. By the end of week 8 you have a web app, mobile app, website or bot that is deployed, reachable by someone other than you, and does broadly what your own written specification said it would do.
The guarantee covers our failure to deliver. It does not cover:
Email start@joinagentlab.com within 14 days of the final session, with your name and the email you signed up with. We check your attendance and your assignment record against the conditions above and respond within 7 days. If the claim is valid we refund both payments in full, back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of approval.
The programme costs $398, paid in two parts of $199. The first part holds your seat. The second is taken one month after the cohort starts.
You can cancel at any time before that second payment and it will not be taken. You keep access to everything up to that point, but not to the remainder of the programme. Your first payment is not refunded in this case — the completion guarantee above exists for that.
The cost of third-party tools. The AI coding tool used on the programme is around $20/month, paid to that company directly, and is nothing to do with us.
If something has gone wrong, please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We would much rather fix it directly and quickly.
